Tesla at the Seneca Niagara Events Center
Tesla the Band -Time To Rock Tour 2023- Pulled into the Niagara Falls Station at the Seneca Niagara Casino.
With a SOLD OUT crowd of 2,200.
The band "Sparked The TESLA COIL to FULL CHARGE and blazed thru their catalog of great Rock Tracks.
Opening with "Lady Luck" a fitting track for the casino back drop, with a spinning slot machine graphic thru an extra wide screen that enhanced each track thru the night.
Formed in late 1981, bassist Brian Wheat and guitarist Frank Hannon formed a band named City Kidd, which evolved into Tesla.By 1984, adding vocalist Jeff Keith. Guitarist- Their Former Guitarist-Tommy left the band in 2006 to receive treatment for substance-abuse issues being replaced by Dave Rude.
The current lineup is:
Brian Wheat – bass, backing vocals,
Frank Hannon – guitar, backing vocals
Jeff Keith – lead vocals
Steve Brown– drums, percussion
TESLA drummer Troy Luccketta has announced that he will "take a little time from the road" to spend with family and friends. He will be temporarily replaced at the band's upcoming gigs by Steve Brown
Dave Rude – guitar, backing vocals, bass
The band ended the night with " SIGNS"(From the group - The Five Man Electrical Band]) from their live Album- "Five Man Acoustical Jam"
